Around Lake Memphremagog and Lake Massawippi, many of our clients have two addresses: one in Montréal, one here. The system has to work in both, and you have to be able to check on one from the other.

On the slopes of Austin and Georgeville, newer homes open onto the lake with large glass walls. Depending on the shore, it’s the morning or the afternoon sun that pours in, and the heat with it. Motorized shades are programmed by time of day and season, and the lighting takes over as the day ends.
North Hatley still has villas built more than a century ago for families who came to spend the summer on Lake Massawippi. Original woodwork, floors that don’t come up, walls best left closed. Cable paths are found on site, and controls are chosen to disappear into the décor.
When the house is far away, you need to know what’s happening there without making the trip: temperature, water, alarm, cameras. The system sends alerts and can give the landscaper or the cleaning service temporary access that switches off on its own at the end of the day.
Around Memphremagog and Massawippi, the house often sits at the top and the lake at the bottom, with a slope, an outdoor staircase and a dock in between. The path lighting comes on as you walk and goes off on its own, the wireless network reaches the water, and the terrace music can follow you down to the dock.
