Are surveillance cameras visible from outside?

Some are deliberately visible for their deterrent effect. Others are integrated to be undetectable to visitors. We offer both approaches based on your preferences and your residence’s configuration.

Is surveillance data stored locally or in the cloud?

Depending on the system, recording can be local (NAS server or integrated drive), cloud-based (with subscription), or both. We recommend a hybrid approach for resilience.

Can a smart access control system work during an internet outage?

Yes. The systems we install maintain their basic functionality (code or card unlock) without internet connection. Mobile app access requires a connection, but is never the only way in.
