Near the river, the basement is the weak spot in April. Water detection, sump pump alerts, automatic water shut-off: the system warns you and shuts the water off, even when the house is empty.
At Myo Club, a private business club in Sainte-Rose, we made eight systems work together, from the terrace to the golf simulator, for staff who run everything without technical training. A home asks for the same thing: controls everyone understands the first time.
