We usually work alongside the architect and the designer, during the renovation rather than after it.

The best integrations are decided early, alongside the architectural and design drawings. When we are at the table from the start, every choice is made once, in the right place, and the result costs less than a fix at the end of the job.
In a room where the mouldings and wallpaper were chosen a year in advance, a row of white switches ruins the work. Controls are grouped, reduced in number and chosen with the designer, in finish as well as placement.
Three storeys, a finished basement, a detached garage: the square footage puts any system to the test. We first design a reliable backbone for the whole house, then build everything else on top of it. That is what decides whether the system will still be reliable in five years.
