Role
To be the main person responsible for the completion of an audio-visual installation and/or project from A to Z (cabling, installation, and programming)
RESPONSIBILITIES (80%)
Read and implement plans made by the design department.
Bridge the gap between the client and the project manager for any changes, challenges, and/or delays that might affect the execution and/or profitability of a project or installation.
Be able to install equipment and physical materials (TV, soundbar, amplifier, speakers (recessed and others), etc.) quickly but impeccably.
Program all systems and equipment in an installation while adhering to the company’s quality and thoroughness standards.
Aim for the satisfaction of each client while striving to achieve company objectives.
Document each client visit for the purpose of client follow-up and billing.
RELATED TASKS (20%)
Initiate meetings with the project manager to provide all useful information for the continuation and final realization of the project/installation.
Represent C&S at the workplace (image).
Participate in the on-site RMA process in conjunction with the supplier or a C&S team member.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3 to 5 years of experience in audio-visual installation.
Valid driving license
Ability to work physically (heavy lifting)
Basic networking knowledge
